I've added a new user to the system (Cloud) and to the appropriate project group, which has user access in the customer project and access to Browse Projects in permissions. The user has entered the system (I can see from the screenshot that she in our site) but can't see the projects. The user list still shows her as not having activated her license yet. Is there a step that she could have missed that would allow her to get on the site but not register that she has logged in?
