But... JIRA Software Cloud is now available in 3 additional languages: Portuguese, Korean, and Russian.

I'm afraid this won't be possible. There is a translation page where BTF customers can download custom language packs but they are not applicable for cCloud instances.

Not much, as this is the Portuguese from Portugal. Brazilian Portuguese has several diferences.
