Don't want system to Notify managed users of email after DNS is verified.

I am working to verify out domain so we can have emails from JIRA sent from a distribution list from our domain.  We want the replay to go to the distro list.  

From reading on how to verify the DNS via the Organization Admin, it states "When your domain is successfully verified, users with the domain receive an email to tell them about the change and what it means to have a managed account"  

What if I don't want to have this sent?  How will this impact the users?

Currently, it’s not possible to disable this notification, since the user needs to know that you can now manage their information, like full name and email, for example.

We don’t have any feature request suggesting to disable this notification, but we have one suggestion to improve this notification with more information:

• Improve notification email to end users when domain is verified and accounts become managed

Feel free to raise a feature request on jira.atlassian.com (project ACCESS) adding more details about why this feature is important for your environment.
