Recently I've tried to export a page from Confluence to PDF. Page contains some text in Cyrillic as well as English text and pictures. In exported PDF all Cyrillic strings are missing.

In this report, we can see the explanation on this issue affecting the instance and there's a workaround. However, as you are running a Clou dinstance, you might need to ask for the support to help you on achieving it, as described in this doc.
