Unable to logon JIRA site normally

Question

Symptom:* I can access the logon page as below screenshot 1.
* But the page can not be loaded normally as below screenshot 2 after I input correct username and password.
* My computer has this problem. And some other computers have the same problem. But some other computers don't have this problem. Using same username and password. All computers are using the same network in same domain. It is so weird.

Who meet the similar problem? And can help resolve this problem?

Thanks for your help! It seems that it was caused by proxy or firewall. I will check more with our IT.

Hi it looks like your blocking css/javascript either in browser or in your proxy/firewall. Confirm this by accessing site on another network.
