What is the simple easy method to integrate JIRA with Service-now.

My Goals are whenever I create a JIRA story/issue then, a ticket to a specific group in service-now should be triggered. 
When I resolve the incident the story should be gone. I'm looking for a quick and easy method using latest tools.
