Projects will not open

Question

We have created 3 new projects, however, when you click on each of them, they will not open. They just show the spinner as if it is loading.

I am able to access the Project Settings, and then if I go 'back to project' I am displayed a message with 'This project is not available'. However it is newly created and I am an administrator?

This is certainly strange. Have you tried creating another project? One other test is to try and enter the following url replacing the “mycompany”  and “TEST” to map to your instance/project

https://mycompany.atlassian.net/projects/TEST/issues

Only the 3 new ones.

It happens to all users.

We have tried different browsers and left it over night with the issue still happening, looks like I need to contact support :)

Questions:

* does this happen with all projects?
* does this happen to all users including admins

here is what i suggest...

* retry later (i know annoying but maybe there is some temporary issue w/ accessing your instance)
* try a different browser
* contact Atlassian Support (given you are on cloud Atlassian is the system admin and the only ones that can dig into your instance in detail)
