Why do I get a 'Client Error' when trying to set Slack integration?

Question

We have Slack integration with most of our Jira projects.

Sometime in the last week some of our Slack channels seemed to lose a couple of integrations. We noticed yesterday and tried to address going to <Jira project>->project settings->Slack integration.

Doing this throws one or more client errors depending on which Jira project we try.

Anyone know how to address this? We are thinking of just disabling the integration and then setting each one up again. But why is this happening?

Hey all,

I just wanted to follow up and mention that we had a transient issue with the Jira Server to Slack integration during this timeframe. The issue was resolved fairly shortly after folks noticed issues in their Jira Server instances and everything should be flowing smoothly now.

I think I'll just remove the integration and start over.

do you have by chance access to the jira log files to check if there are any kind of errors reported while you see that issue
