Can't load assignee list for story category ticket

Hi All,

I created a story ticket in JIRA software project, but I can't load the assignee list. I only can assign the ticket to me. I checked that all people are in the assignable field. The bug category ticket is able to show the assignee list. How to fix it?

Here is the work flow.

HI @Shawn

You'll need to go to each workflow and click on the pencil. Then click on the transitions to see if there is are any Conditions or Validators on the right hand side.

@Brittany Wispell Hi Brittany, I didn't see any condition or validator. Can you do remote support? I struggled with this issue for a long time.
