We have taken data backup from cloud and restored on server 8.3.0 /8.3.1. All issues have been restored properly. All user /private boards and Private filters not being transferred. Does there any issue with restoring process or as part of restore process user/private boards and private filters are not being transferred. Please provide clarification.
Are you sure, the boards and filters are not transfered? It might be permissions problem, can you check it?
