Revoke user access from site-admin group

Hi,

I am an admin for our Jira cloud implementation along with a couple of other admin users. We are all part of the site-admins group. Recently, one of the admins had left the organisation and I am unable to remove him from the site-admin group or revoke their site access as I keep getting an error that I do not have permission to remove site access for the user. The option to remove user from the site-admins view is grayed out.

Can anyone please help me revoke the access for this admin user?

Hi,

I had the same issue.

Fix:

- Go to https://admin.atlassian.com and sign-in if prompted.

- Click on your Organization name.

- Click on Settings >> Administrators.

- Remove the User.

- Go back to User Management and you'll be able to Revoke Site Access for this user.
