Is it possible to see sub-tasks in the backlog on a scrum board?

Question

Is it possible to not only see the sub-tasks in the active sprint but also in the backlog when using a scrum board?

Hi Manon,

Thank you for your answer! OK, then I know.

Hi @Camilla Tomasson ,

Sub-tasks are normally not displayed on a backlog view, because they're not relevant .

Hi @Camilla Tomasson and welcome to Community!

You unfortunately can't see sub-tasks in a Scrum backlog, you can watch the related feature request to be updated: Ability to see sub-tasks in the backlog.

As a workaround, you can:

1. Add the Sub-tasks field in the card layout:

2. See the sub-tasks in each issue card on the backlog:

Hope this helps,
