Escalator issue can not see comments for escalated issue

Hi Dear All,

My problem is something about comments. I connect two issues as escalator and escalated to each other but there is something went wrong. Before 2-4 weeks ago I can see the comments on let's say Escalator Issue when I was in Escalated Issue or vice versa. I have an administrator account to solve it but is there any adjustment to fix? Thank you in advance for your answers.
