Problems while uploading screenshots in next gen project issues

Hi, 

We have been experiencing difficulties while trying to upload screenshot images into comments in Issues for a Next-gen Project. Once we upload the images into the comment and hit the Save button nothing happens, the page remains static and does not upload anything. Sometimes it works when we upload 1 by 1 but it is very time consuming and still gives issues now and then. 

Can someone help with this problem?

This incident specifically affected attachment uploads.   The good news is that this problem appears it was resolved within about 1 hour.   If you are still experiencing this problem, please let me know so we can investigate further.  However I suspect with this incident resolved this problem should be too,
