How can I create a list of pages and their labels?

I would like to create a list of pages within a space, and display the labels of each page, so that I can see if there are pages where I forgot to use labels.

If you're looking to manage labels, you might want to consider my add-on, Bulk Action Tools.  It's not free, but you could at least try it for 30 days to see if it fits your needs.  You can not only see a list of all pages in a space and their labels, but you can also use the interface to add, remove, merge, and split labels as well.
