I don't see a way to do this in the issue layout settings. It gets kind of buried underneath all the subtasks and I would like to make it more prominent.

Currently, it's not possible to move the fields like Confluence pages or Subtasks because it's not a custom field, it's a system field, so it won't appear on the Issue Layout.We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:- https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-20163Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.
