Hello. I need to disable the feature to attache files in JIRA. I see how to configure file attachments but not how to disable this feature.

Two super easy ways:-If you want to retain the ability to attach files on some request types or projects, just make custom request types without the attachment field.-If you want to disable it globally, this is done in Administration > Advanced > Attachments - options are self-explanatory.
