Can a Jira Filter be set to test for number of working days since last updated?

Question

I am able to filter issues for those not updated in the last 4 days. I use this to flag issues that are stale and not being actively worked.

it is of course normal for there to be no work on the weekend, so I don't want to count Sat/Sun.

I found some mention of working days related to boards, but I am hoping to do this with filters.

Thanks. I am familiar with the additional fields.  We are not worried about hours here though, instead we are looking for idleness on the ticket.  We have a SLA to meet and daily reports of tickets that are getting too old without activity are what we want to list.
