Team report

Question

I generated a report of my project, but the "Team" column has codes instead of the team names. Is there any way of getting a list of teams and their codes or a way to include the team name in the original report?

Also, I need to generate a sprint report, with start and finish dates. I could find it only looking one by one in the reports section, which is not possible to automate with a query. How else can I get this information?

I investigated that option (to extract the report from the Portfolio section) as well, but it doesn't seem to be possible to create a filter like the ones we can create on the issues section. Since I'm trying to automate a report in excel exporting the query directly from Jira, I suppose that won't work.

Ah you are using the Portfolio addon, I havent had to tinker with that one much because we have a project manager team that deals with it on my end. It sounds to me like it is rendering the Values ID instead of the actual value. The only way I know to get the values is to interface with the API or to use JWME to extract what the value of the ID translates to

You might have better luck reaching out to Portfolio to see if there are better ways to pull reports outside of portfolio

The values appear as codes. For example, I created the team "MS Backend" in my Portfolio, but when I export the results from my filter to excel, the field Team brings code 210 instead of "MS Backend".
