Looking to import projects from one cloud instance to another existing jira cloud instance

I have several projects including additional attachments and comments I need imported from one jira cloud instance into another much larger existing jira instance.

I have a backup of the smaller jira cloud instance I need projects moved over to, and I also need the attachments to remain intact.

What is the best solution to migrate these jira projects over with without disrupting anything in the larger jira instance?

The safest approach is to create the configuration of the projects manually in the larger instance and them import issues to the projects through a csv file.
