How to modify a workflow

Question

I have created a workflow, and have my columns in my board, however, I have noticed that once a task moved from 'to-do' to 'in-progress', it cannot be moved to the previous column 'to-do'. How can I change this as I cannot find anything in the board setting that can assist. Thank you

You have to go back into the workflow, click on the status (i.e. To-Do or In-Progress" and check the box that states "Allow all statuses to transition into this one". You can check this box for any status that you would like to transtion "to" and "from"
