Can a predefined set of sprints and/or issues be created automatically when a Project is created?

I would like to know if it is possible that JIRA can autocreate a predefined set of Sprints and Issues when a Project is created?

You would need an app for it like Power Scripts, ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira
