List of assignees only shows myself

Question

For any issue, in any part of my workflow, I cannot assign it to anybody but myself.

I have checked the user permissions.

I have set Assignable User permission to:

* Project role* Administrators
* atlassian-addons-project-access
* Developper

* Application access* Any logged in user

What else should I check?

You should have "Browse User & Group" global permission as well

Home>Jira settings>System>Global permssions (under security)

It's must required permissio in order to assign to others
