Users reporting the "Create Issue" option has vanished. Has this moved?

I don't normally create issues in projects myself as Admin -- does anyone know if something has changed recently and this option might have moved?

The create issue in Cloud is the “+” symbol in the far left sidebar. If they are not seeing that then you should contact Atlassian Support. However, I would be very surprised.

Yes -- we figured that out right after I posted this. Still trying to figure out how to "assign" in the new format though.
