How do I subscribe so that I get an email notification for each new issue ticket created within a JIRA project?

You can try the following two ways to achieve your purpose:

1. Contact the administrator to make a notification of the issue creation through the project notification scheme.

2. User-defined subscription , send a list of questions regularly
