Empty JIRA dashboards for some users

Jira dashboard is completely blank and does not show any of the gadgets. This seems to only be happening for some users.

We tried accessing dashboard on all major browsers and using different computers.

 

Has anyone seen this issue before and if so how did you resolve it?

I have also changed the view of the dashboard, and added some gadgets, but no one from my team had any problems with not seeing the gadgets, or the dashboard.

But, what you can do is to verify how many dashboards do you have, if you are an admin you can also change the visibility of dashboards and access.

On your dashboard go to " . . . " and click on Find Dashboards.

You will get a list of how many dashboards you have and from there you can change the Access * maybe is restricted from some groups.

Also, the users who are not seeing the dashboard they may still have the System Dashboard or no dashboard selected they should also click on Find Dashboards.
