In the new UI, how to make new "Log Time" field mandatory in workflow transition

Question

We had "Time Spent" field in the old UI to log time spent. However, in the new UI we have a new field "Log Time" for the same purpose. This field is not in the workflow transition validation screen. So, how to make this a mandatory field when the transition is done, for example - In-Progress to Code-Review [ the transition is to validate the developer has entered the time spent/Log time].

I am in Jira Cloud also and get the error when adding it as a Condition (and also do not see it for Validators). You should open a support ticket with Atlassian as this looks to be a bug to me.

In validation field list even log work is not showing for me.

I can see "Log Work" field in "condition" add option. I have already tried that but it gives me error - no "NULL" field found. It seems it's on the UI but in database it's already not.

I was trying the workaround via "Condition" to make it Not Equal to "Blank" but it didn't work!

Mine is Jira-Cloud.
