In your article about how to use templates it says to go to Template -> New Variable, or Template -> Instructional Text, however I don't even have the option "Template". How can I use these functions?

Thank you for your answer! I do know how to create a template, however I don't find the tools recommended by your how-to article (https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/blueprints-and-user-created-templates-724764985.html) for variables, or instrucational text. See screenshot.
