Does anyone know how to get/build an age of WIP chart in Jira?
An age of WIP chart shows:
- All of the workflow steps on the x-axis
- WIP age on the y-axis (e.g. days)
- Individual work items' WIP age plotted (time from start of in-progress until now), showing the work item in each step column
- Mean, Median, and Mode threshold lines...or, percentiles of item thresholds: 50%, 75%...
This is a measurement tool for teams using Kanban to help diagnose workflow issues.
FYI, I'm trying to see this at a glance for the workflow, not repeatedly changing the settings of something like the "control chart" to gather data to plot outside of Jira in another tool.
