Attachment fails to upload in JIRA cloud

Hi All,

Users from vendor company unable to attache files to Jira ticket with the below error message "we could not connect to file storage service"

is the problem reproducable (think it could be related to network related issues)

Did the users test as well with a different browse just to ensure that we do not have an kind of weird side effects
