I've never seen this error when working with the connector. Can you post if you are using the new connector or the old connector? Perhaps link to the add-on?

I am using ServiceRocket Connector as middleware between Salesforce.com and JIRA to create issue in JIRA from Salesforce Case.

You need to explain what SFDC is  (San Francisco Design Centre?), and what you've configured in the integration (and which integration it is)
