Is the 5 user free license for ever or limited in time

I signed up for the 5 user license for both JIRA and Confluence in the cloud and can't access my account anymore. It doesn't recognize the password, so when I enter my username and say that I forgot my password, it says it sent me an email but nothing happened.

I was wondering if my 5 users free license has expired?

There are no free tiers for JIRA Cloud and Confluence Cloud. The cheapest option is $10/mo for JIRA Cloud and $10/mo for Confluence Cloud.

If you host yourself, for $10 you own the software and all versions related until you stop paying for maintenance. That means if you stop paying maintenance and JIRA 7.5 is out, you can use JIRA 7.5 indefinitely, but not JIRA 7.6.
