Date time picker wrong format field

Hello guys,

We're faced that we unable to fill data and time for a new service desc project.

From the Jira screen it looks with a wrong format and from customers screen it shows 1970 year. Could you please help to define prticular format for datepicker and field.

Hi Oleksii,

Looking at the example on the screen, my first note is that 13/14/2019 isn't a valid date (there aren't 14 months).

Date and date/time formats are globally defined in your Jira instance (by a Jira administrator). If you select a date/time from the picker to the right of the field, does it still not accept any information?
