we ran into a little trouble, its just a hicchup, try again later. getting this error while installing any add-ons in jira cloud.

Are you trying to install via Marketplace or via Jira setting > apps > manage apps? I generally do the latter. Which addon? If it continues you will likely need to contact Atlassian Support.
