Auto Assigning Incident To User Who Resolve It

Question

Is there a way to auto assign an issue to the person who resolves the issue?

It would be nice to have to keep assigning it to myself first before I close an issue.

Hi Norman

this can be done by using a post function within the workflow.

On the transition you use to resolve the issue, add a Post Function that updates the assignee field to the Current User.
