To monitor user activity

Question

Dear Support Team,

As a team leader, I need to know what's my team doing in our team page or company space. Besides Audit logs, is there any tools to see whether my user downloaded a bunch of data or information from team page or company space? Thank you.

Regards,
Buchari Muslim

Hallo @Tarun Sapra

Thank you for your response. I am checking with my team to download the audit logs and check whether in the logs informed us details on people or user who download content form pages or our spaces.

Hello @Buchari Muslim

On your space home-page, you can add the macro called "Recent activity" which will list all the activity of all the users across that space and hence will give you a clear view of the changes being done by your users across the space.
