Jira Mobile App : No place for attachment during transition.

Monica Daguerre_6s87vr

We have a mandatory attachment in a transition. It works fine in desktop app, but using the Mobile App, the transition screen no shows the option to upload an attachment. Because it's mandatory, the transition doesn't allow to continue. Thanks in advance !

Hi Monica,

Thanks for your post!

Unfortunately, attachments in transitions are currently not supported in our mobile apps. I'll add a ticket to our backlog to keep track of that functionality.

Thanks again and sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks a lot Simon for your answer !!

So, users have to switch to the desktop app in their phones to make this transition, don't they?

Simon Stiefel

Unfortunately, yes, users would have to use the desktop version of Jira until we have implemented this feature.

Sorry for the inconveniences.

Are attachments still not supported on mobile apps?
