Receive updates to email

Hello,

Today, I and other users of the system receive any changes made in the mail tasks to Outlook.
Is it possible to get mail only on specifics status?

In your workflow for each transition there is a post function that fires a generic event. These events are what trigger the notifications. So if there is a generic event and if you get notified of these events then you will receive a notification for each one. Now, there are things you can do to quite the notifications:

• remove the generic event from transitions that you do not want notifications to go out on. generally this is a bad idea because it impacts everyone and may impact addons if they also leverage the generic event, e.g. automation.
• change the workflow so that user do not need to navigate thru multiple steps. Generally, I have found that creating strict workflows is undesirable. If users typically click thru a bunch of statues to get to the end then i would change it so that they could get there with one click. Im a fan of my statuses having the all transition whenever possible.
• change the notification scheme for all or a few to lessen the email flood
