I have a workflow for the service desk that includes an approval step. After the approval step, we allow the ability to transition back to a planning step which is prior to the approval step.
The problem that we are experiencing is that after transitioning back to planning it does not clear the approval. A second issue is that each time you approve, it will continue to add an approval section each time through. So if you go back twice through the workflow, there are 2 approval sections. In the workflow, I have tried to add a post function that clears the approval after the transition, but it does not seem to work.
