How can I create a project in Jira using Jira Java api?

All the answers I've seen use the ComponentAccessor, which in turn issues an exception asking to initialize the mockito

* What, in turn, implies the use for testing purposes, do I understand it correctly?
* On the other hand, I need to create projects in real Jira, automatically
How can I do that?
