I have several filters in jira cloud that I would like to make public -- I created/own the filters and am an admin in our Jira instance. From the filters, I've done to details and tried to update the share setting to include any logged in user. I save, and then asked a colleague to see if they could access the filters. When the couldn't I looked back and saw that the filter had reverted to private, and I don't see it showing up in the shared filters list.
What am I doing wrong?
