Simply enter the Software project's summary:
https://YOURS.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/project-config/KEY/summary
Where YOURS is your Cloud instance's subdomain, and KEY is the project key.
After that, click on the Details option, and change Project Type from Software to Core.
Finally, click on the 'Save details' button.
