I wonder if we have the option for using SAML auth for SSO in our instance?

Also, is it possible to talk to atlassian support?

Your only option for getting SAML SSO in Cloud is through Atlassian Access.

The Atlassian Community (where we are now) is an additional source for help and information for how to set this up.
