Incident layout in JIRA ServiceDesk

Good Evening,

I am working with the cloud version and would like to change the page layout of incidents/requests.

Right now it is:

>Description

>Attachments

>Activity

Is it possible to change this sequence?

You would have to have access to the core code to make that change which is not a possibility in cloud.
