Just a comment: task is separate instance so if user story (with dependent tasks) – tasks will not be moved itself.
If you discovered here some changes - pleas let me know. For example if Azure devops it’s possible. Story is “parent” and tasks (that are child) are also moved with it. Btw Azure devops is also Agile.
