Hi,

how are the users calculated?

I want to create a faq page (with a user that I guess will be counted as licensed) and the I want to make the page visibile to my customers as if it was a static webpage (I guess who'll connect and see it to be free users).

Am I right?

Hi @Giuseppe Terrasi ,

you need a license for every, user who is able to login into your pages. 

If you make your Confluence space visible to the public (everyone, without login, not just your customers), you don't need a license for them.
