Hi Satish, 

Unfortunately it's not possible to make a field required by the action. Wha you have do is:

1. Make this field mandatory no matter what (Visit Cog Icon > Issues > Field Configurations > and make the field required)
   OR
2. Make this field mandatory when transitioning the ticket ( just add a post-function on your workflow to make it required)
