Missing option for user import while importing Jira project from CSV

Hello,

I am trying to import project from another jira (export is CSV). Project has been moved to another provider and old jira project is required in another company's jira as reference.

New Jira is Jira in the Cloud.

When I was trying for the first time I had an option what to do with new users -> create them automatically or manually.
Now, when I am importing this project again (I deleted previous import along with users) I don't have this option visible.
How to make it visible again? I want to be able to change my previous choice.

Yes, I meant map.

Mark or do you mean 'map'?
Yes, I mapped it (but no checkbox with value mapping checked) and it was correctly imported.
