How to generate and send report from dashboard data on schedule via E-mail in JIRA?

I have an issue list in my JIRA board and would like to generate a monthly trend report for the rolling 12 months with Bar chart to show the monthly efforts spent by the team is above the target limit. Need help in creating the report.

Steps:

* Set up a dashboard with a bar-chart gadget configured for your use case.
* Export the dashboard to PDF.
* Automate the process by running the export periodically and emailing the result.
