Plain Text emails being sent from a personal email for project notifications

Question

One of the members of my team let me know today that when he gets an email notification about a new comment or update on a specific project, he also gets a plain text email with the exact same information from my personal email. None of our notification settings are set to do this, and it started yesterday. Any ideas for what could be causing this?

I don't, I had thought of that though. It's especially strange because it only started happening a few days ago.

Have you got any forwarding rules set on your mailbox? It doesn’t sound like a Jira behaviour.
